Hi Jim!

Usual stuff.

I'm actually debating selling my AD5.
I'm just not using it much.

It sounds great, but with no master volume, I find the break up/volume easier to manage on the AD15.

It pains me to say that though, as the AD5 sounds incredible. It has a very unique raw crunch.

And in my mediocre experience with recordings, it recorded superbly too.

Really not sure what to do.
Bottom line, it not loud enough for band practice, and it's too loud for my family home with any crunch....   :(
Orange AD5, AD15, R30, RV50 MKI  & PPC212

Some guitars.
Some pedals.
Sometimes, I even play them.

Well I guess if you're not using it, might as well sell it.

Yeap, just agreed a sale. It pains me though, it really is a great sounding little amp. Just amazing.

Just not as house friendly as the 5w would let you think.

And yourself Jim? Are you tracking down a Rockerverb to try and get back into the fold?

I'm doing well...just not ready to buy an Orange right now. I've been building up my studio since moving back to Canada  and I've spent way too much on gear for recording (ComputerAnalogue hybrid). I'll have to wait to buy other amps. I have lots of synth stuff and outboard tube-eqs etc.  Here's what I've done so far: (I don't know how to make these smaller...you'll have to right click and hit view image to see it I guess)

@wendigo - I've adjusted your image using the following code.  The image will expand when clicked on.

BTW - that's an amazing setup you've got there.

Interesting that images that are attached in a post are automatically scaled down but externally hosted images are not. Seems like there should be a way to scale them down automatically too.  Signature pics could use the same automatic treatment...  8)
